EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
1. EXCHANGE OR RETURN
1.1 We have a 30-day exchange and returns policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request an exchange or return for any unwanted item.
1.2 In order to receive an exchange or a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and tags. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you an exchange or refund. All items are inspected on return. You will also need the order number or receipt.
1.3 Please retain any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your exchange or return.
1.4 To start an exchange or return, you can contact us at store@printworkslondon.co.uk.
1.5 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The postage costs for returning your items for a refund and/or exchange will be at your own cost.
2. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND
2.1 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
2.2 If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at store@printworkslondon.co.uk or for any other return questions.
3. WHEN WILL I GET MY EXCHANGE
3.1 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange is approved or not. If approved and subject to stock availability, you’ll be sent your exchange within 10 business days. Please note that you will be required to pay for the postage for your exchanged item payable prior to posting and we will let you know how to make payment.
3.2 If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your exchange, please contact us at store@printworkslondon.co.uk or for any other questions in respect of your exchange.
4. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
4.1. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
4.2. For faulty items, please contact us at store@printworkslondon.co.uk with your order number, item name and photo’ showing the fault as clearly as possible and we will get in touch with you.
4.3. If you are missing an item or have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at store@printworkslondon.co.uk with your order number, name of the item you didn’t received and a photo of the wrong item that you received. ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS ARRIVING WITH MISSING OR WRONG ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.
